2 Techniques to Profit in Your First Thirty Days in Xocai
Now that you’re all signed up, excited and ready to get started buliding a profitable Xocai business, you must think about exactly what you must do in the first 30 days in Xocai to profit.
In Xocai, there are basically two ways to get paid. They are:

2. Building A Team
Although there are several phases to each process, we are going to focus only on what you must know to turn a profit in the 1st thirty days of building your Xocai business.
#1) Product Sales in Xocai
The day you attended your Xocai presentation, or were exposed to the opportunity through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you believe in Xocai and what they have to offer.
Whether it was the payment plan, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could offer to others to help impact their lives like yours was improved.
When it comes to sharing your products and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are certain elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about Xocai and their products with the world, these being:
A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?
As certain as you are about the benefits of Xocai’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to think about the requirements of your potential buyers and how their quality of life will be enhanced because of purchasing this product.
Xocai is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you must implement the sales process, which is:
A. Create rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal
The more casual you are with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!
#2) Building A Team in Xocai
The true leverage in building a Xocai business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your efforts, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Xocai business because we often associate the act of sponsoring with friends and family that we assume are going to avoid us at Christmas Dinner.
Building a team however, can actually be the most fun part of Xocai if you “change your opinion” about what team building really is. Even though you have metrics and milestones to meet so that you can receive a nice paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to discover financial freedom and a whole new way of living.
There’s so much more to being a part of Xocai than the money. Of course the money a critical reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive entrepreneurs, stimulating your personal development and learning your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.
The minute you can learn to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.
To sponsor effectively in Xocai, share the pros of being united, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Xocai commissions!
