Your First 30 Days in GIA Wellness Now that you’re all signed up, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a profitable GIA Wellness business, it’s time for you to realize exactly what you have to do in your 1st 30 days in GIA Wellness to get paid.

In GIA Wellness, there are two primary ways to generate an income. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Recruiting

Although there are many steps involved in each process, we’re going to focus on those you need to do to start making money in the first thirty days of building your GIA Wellness business.

#1) Retailing in GIA Wellness

When you first attended your GIA Wellness presentation, or were exposed to the products through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in GIA Wellness and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering the products and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are vital. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about GIA Wellness and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of GIA Wellness’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still should consider the needs of your potential buyers and how their quality of life will be improved from buying this product.

GIA Wellness is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you need to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in GIA Wellness

The true leverage in building your GIA Wellness business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the GIA Wellness business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume are going to avoid us at Christmas Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of GIA Wellness if you “change your assumption” about what team building really is. Although you have quotas and targets you want to meet so that you can receive a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to being a part of GIA Wellness than making money. Of course money is a critical part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, fostering your personal development and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go to places you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

Once you start to understand the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To sponsor effectively in GIA Wellness, share the merits of being connected, rather than coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your GIA Wellness commissions!
