Your First 30 Days in Ocean Avenue Now that you’re registered, excited and ready to get started buliding a thriving Ocean Avenue business, you must consider exactly what you must do in your 1st 30 days in Ocean Avenue to get paid.

In Ocean Avenue, there’s basically two ways to get paid. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Building A Team

While there are several steps involved in both processes, we’re going to focus on those you need to do to turn a profit in the 1st month starting your Ocean Avenue business.

#1) Product Sales in Ocean Avenue

When you initially attended your Ocean Avenue presentation, or were exposed to Ocean Avenue through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in Ocean Avenue and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could offer to people to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing the product and gaining new customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are a must. However, there are a few additional criteria that you MUST consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Ocean Avenue and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Ocean Avenue’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to consider the needs of your potential buyers and how their quality of life will be enhanced from purchasing this product.

Ocean Avenue is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you have to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Explain how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Ocean Avenue

The true fortune in building your Ocean Avenue business is in building a team of leaders who duplicate your results, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Ocean Avenue business because we sometimes associate the task of sponsoring with friends and family that we presume are going to avoid us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting part of Ocean Avenue if you “change your mindset” about what team building really is. Although you have metrics and milestones to meet so that you can earn a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to discover financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to joining Ocean Avenue than just the money. Of course it is a critical part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded people, fostering your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

The moment you can learn to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in Ocean Avenue, share the merits of being connected, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Ocean Avenue commissions!
