Your First 30 Days in All Jeweled Up Now that you are registered, pumped up and ready to build a thriving All Jeweled Up business, you need to consider exactly what you must do in your first thirty days in All Jeweled Up to get paid.

In All Jeweled Up, there are basically two ways to generate an income. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Recruiting

Despite the fact that there are many phases to each process, we’re going to focus only on what you need to do to profit in the first month of building your All Jeweled Up business.

#1) Product Sales in All Jeweled Up

When you initially attended your All Jeweled Up meeting, or were exposed to All Jeweled Up through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in All Jeweled Up and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing your products and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are a few additional criteria that you MUST consider before hurrying off to spread the word about All Jeweled Up and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of All Jeweled Up’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to think about the needs of your potential customers and how their lifestyle will be impacted from purchasing this product.

All Jeweled Up is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you need to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you become with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in All Jeweled Up

The true leverage in building your All Jeweled Up business is in building a team of people who duplicate your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the All Jeweled Up business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume are going to avoid us at the next family event.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun part of All Jeweled Up once you “change your opinion” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have personal numbers and milestones to hit so that you can earn a fat commission, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to being a part of All Jeweled Up than just the money. Of course it is a critical reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded people, fostering your personal development and learning your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The minute you start to understand the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To sponsor effectively in All Jeweled Up, explain the merits of being united, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your All Jeweled Up commissions!
