Your First 30 Days in RBID Now that you are all signed up, excited and ready to build a thriving RBID business, you need to consider exactly what you must do in your first month in RBID to get a check.

In RBID, there’s basically 2 ways to generate commissions. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Building A Team

Even though there are several steps involved in both processes, we are going to focus on what you should do to start making money in the first thirty days since you started building your RBID business.

#1) Selling Products in RBID

When you initially attended your RBID meeting, or were exposed to the products through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you believe in RBID and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the compensation plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering the products and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are vital. However, there are a few additional elements that you MUST consider before hurrying off to share RBID and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of RBID’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should think about the needs of your potential customers and how their lifestyle will be enhanced from buying this product.

RBID is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you need to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Explain how your product will solve their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in RBID

The true leverage in building your RBID business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the RBID business because we sometimes associate the act of sponsoring with family and friends that we assume will avoid us at Christmas Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting part of RBID once you “change your reality” about what team building really is. Although you have metrics and milestones to hit so that you can receive a nice commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to joining RBID than making money. Of course the money an important part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, stimulating your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The minute you decide to realize the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To build a team effectively in RBID, explain the advantages of being connected, rather than coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your RBID commissions!
