Your First 30 Days in Ruby Ribbon Now that you’re registered, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving Ruby Ribbon business, it’s time to realize exactly what you must do in the 1st 30 days in Ruby Ribbon to profit.

In Ruby Ribbon, there’s basically two ways to get paid. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Recruiting

Even though there are several steps involved in both processes, we’re going to focus only on those you must do to get a check in the first 30 days since you started your Ruby Ribbon business.

#1) Product Sales in Ruby Ribbon

When you initially attended your Ruby Ribbon meeting, or were exposed to the company through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you believe in Ruby Ribbon and what they were offering.

Whether it was the payment plan, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with people to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing your products and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are a few additional criteria that you MUST consider before hurrying off to share Ruby Ribbon and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Ruby Ribbon’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to consider the requirements of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be impacted because of purchasing this product.

Ruby Ribbon is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you need to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you are with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Ruby Ribbon

The true leverage in building a Ruby Ribbon business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Ruby Ribbon business because we often associate the task of recruiting with family and friends that we assume are going to avoid us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Ruby Ribbon once you “change your reality” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have personal numbers and goals to meet so that you can earn a fat commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of Ruby Ribbon than just the money. Of course it is an integral reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded individuals, improving your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The minute you can learn to realize the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in Ruby Ribbon, explain the advantages of being connected, rather than coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Ruby Ribbon commissions!
