Your First 30 Days in K and K Designs Now that you’re registered, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving K and K Designs business, you must consider exactly what you must do in the 1st month in K and K Designs to profit.

In K and K Designs, there’s basically 2 ways to generate an income. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Building A Team

While there are several phases to both processes, we’re going to focus on what you should do to profit in the 1st thirty days of building your K and K Designs business.

#1) Selling Products in K and K Designs

When you first attended your K and K Designs presentation, or were exposed to the business through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in K and K Designs and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could offer to people to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering your products and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to share K and K Designs and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of K and K Designs’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to consider the desires of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be improved because of buying this product.

K and K Designs is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you need to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Explain how your product will solve their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you become with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in K and K Designs

The true fortune in building your K and K Designs business is in building a team of people who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the K and K Designs business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we assume are going to dodge us at the next social event.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting part of K and K Designs once you “change your thinking” about what recruiting really is. Although you have metrics and goals to hit so that you can receive a fat commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of K and K Designs than just the money. Of course it is an important part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded people, improving your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

Once you decide to understand the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To recruit effectively in K and K Designs, explain the benefits of being united, instead of forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your K and K Designs commissions!
