Your First 30 Days in Xplocial Now that you are all signed up, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving Xplocial business, it’s time for you to learn exactly what you have to do in your 1st month in Xplocial to get paid.

In Xplocial, there are basically two ways to get money. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Building A Team

Although there are many phases to each process, we are going to focus only on what you must do to start making money in the 1st month starting your Xplocial business.

#1) Retailing in Xplocial

When you first attended your Xplocial meeting, or were exposed to Xplocial through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you believe in Xplocial and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with others to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering the product and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are a must. However, there are certain elements that you MUST consider before racing off to share Xplocial and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Xplocial’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still should think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their quality of life will be improved from purchasing this product.

Xplocial is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you need to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more relaxed you are with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Xplocial

The true fortune in building a Xplocial business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your efforts, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the Xplocial business because we sometimes associate the task of sponsoring with friends and family that we presume will avoid us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Xplocial if you “change your assumption” about what team building really is. Although you have metrics and targets to meet so that you can receive a fat commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to discover financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to joining Xplocial than just the money. Of course money is an important part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive people, stimulating your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The moment you decide to realize the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To recruit effectively in Xplocial, share the advantages of being united, instead of forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Xplocial commissions!
