C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Formor International’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still should consider the requirements of your potential clients and how their quality of life will be impacted from purchasing this product.

Formor International is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you need to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal

The more conversational you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Formor International

The true fortune in building a Formor International business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Formor International business because we often associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we assume will dodge us at Christmas Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting part of Formor International if you “change your reality” about what team building really is. Even though you have metrics and objectives to meet so that you can earn a fat commission, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually a chance to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to joining Formor International than making money. Of course that’s an important part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded entrepreneurs, improving your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

Once you can learn to understand the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To build a team effectively in Formor International, explain the pros of being connected, instead of coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Formor International commissions!
