This is VITAL!!! Very few individuals in Pearlcium realize the necessity of giving up some spare hours to reach success. To be honest, accomplishing success in Pearlcium isn’t trivial or convenient nor will it occur accidentally. It is a deliberate process that demands rigorous organization and time management by people who ever hope to achieve success.
For instance, you could have a few must-see tv shows that you’d rarely forego or an activity that you participate in in your spare time. This must change, however, once you make the commitment to get serious about a Pearlcium business. Those tv programs may need to be skipped or DVR’d and your hobbies will need be put on moratorium if they interfere with your Pearlcium and team functions.
By determining what activities you are ready to limit up front to reach your goals, you demonstrate that you could have the “stuff” required to achieve success in Pearlcium!
