Your First 30 Days in bHIP Now that you are registered, excited and ready to build a thriving bHIP business, it’s time for you to consider exactly what you need to do in the first month in bHIP to get a check.

In bHIP, there’s basically two ways to get money. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Sponsoring

Even though there are many steps involved in both processes, we’re going to focus only on those you must know to turn a profit in the first 30 days since you started building your bHIP business.

#1) Selling Products in bHIP

When you first attended your bHIP presentation, or were exposed to the company through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in bHIP and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with people to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing the products and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before racing off to share bHIP and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of bHIP’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to consider the desires of your potential customers and how their lives will be improved because of buying this product.

bHIP is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you need to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to talk and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in bHIP

The true fortune in building a bHIP business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the bHIP business because we often associate the task of sponsoring with friends and family that we presume will dodge us at Christmas Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun aspect of bHIP once you “change your reality” about what team building really is. Even though you have personal numbers and targets to hit so that you can receive a fat commission, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to joining bHIP than the money. Of course it is an important reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded individuals, improving your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go to places you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

The minute you decide to realize the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To build a team effectively in bHIP, share the advantages of being united, instead of coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your bHIP commissions!
