Your First 30 Days in BidXcel Now that you’re registered, excited and ready to build a profitable BidXcel business, it’s time for you to think about exactly what you must do in your first thirty days in BidXcel to turn a profit.

In BidXcel, there are basically two ways to get paid. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Building A Team

While there are many steps involved in each process, we’re going to focus only on those you need to do to get paid in the 1st month of building your BidXcel business.

#1) Product Sales in BidXcel

The day you attended your BidXcel meeting, or were exposed to the opportunity through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you believe in BidXcel and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could offer to people to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering the product and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are vital. However, there are certain elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about BidXcel and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of BidXcel’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to consider the requirements of your potential customers and how their lifestyle will be enhanced from buying this product.

BidXcel is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you need to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal

The more relaxed you are with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in BidXcel

The true leverage in building a BidXcel business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the BidXcel business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume are going to dodge us at the next family event.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun part of BidXcel once you “change your mindset” about what team building really is. Although you have metrics and milestones to meet so that you can earn a nice paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to joining BidXcel than just the money. Of course that’s a critical part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive individuals, stimulating your personal development and realizing your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go to places you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The moment you start to realize the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in BidXcel, explain the benefits of being united, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your BidXcel commissions!
