Your First 30 Days in DWG International Now that you are all signed up, excited and ready to get started buliding a thriving DWG International business, it’s time for you to think about exactly what you must do in your 1st thirty days in DWG International to profit.

In DWG International, there’s 2 main ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Sponsoring

Although there are several phases to both processes, we’re going to focus only on what you must know to get a check in the first month of building your DWG International business.

#1) Selling Products in DWG International

When you first attended your DWG International meeting, or were exposed to DWG International through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you a believer in DWG International and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with others to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering the product and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are a must. However, there are certain elements that you MUST consider before hurrying off to share DWG International and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefit will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of DWG International’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to think about the requirements of your potential clients and how their quality of life will be impacted from buying this product.

DWG International is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you need to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal

The more relaxed you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in DWG International

The true fortune in building a DWG International business is in building a team of leaders who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the DWG International business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume will dodge us at the next social event.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun part of DWG International once you “change your mindset” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have metrics and targets you want to meet so that you can receive a nice commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to joining DWG International than the money. Of course that’s an important reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded entrepreneurs, fostering your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The minute you decide to realize the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To recruit effectively in DWG International, explain the merits of being united, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your DWG International commissions!
