When it comes to sharing the products and gaining new customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are vital. However, there are certain elements that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to share Enrich International and their products with the planet, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of Enrich International’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their quality of life will be enhanced from purchasing this product.

Enrich International is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you must execute the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal

The more relaxed you become with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Enrich International

The true fortune in building your Enrich International business is in building a team of leaders who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Enrich International business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume are going to avoid us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Enrich International if you “change your thinking” about what recruiting really is. Although you have quotas and goals you want to meet so that you can earn a fat commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to joining Enrich International than the money. Of course it is an integral part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive individuals, fostering your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The moment you can learn to realize the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To build a team effectively in Enrich International, explain the merits of being united, instead of forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Enrich International commissions!
