Your First 30 Days in LEO Now that you’re enrolled, excited and ready to build a thriving LEO business, it’s time for you to consider exactly what you have to do in your 1st month in LEO to start making money.

In LEO, there’s basically two ways to get money. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Recruiting

Despite the fact that there are many phases to both processes, we’re going to focus on what you should do to get a check in the 1st month of building your LEO business.

#1) Selling Products in LEO

The day you attended your LEO presentation, or were exposed to the company through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in LEO and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with others to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering your products and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are a few additional elements that you MUST consider before hurrying off to spread the word about LEO and their products with the planet, these being:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of LEO’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to consider the requirements of your potential customers and how their lives will be impacted from buying this product.

LEO is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you must implement the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Explain how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in LEO

The true leverage in building your LEO business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your efforts, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the LEO business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume are going to avoid us at the next social gathering.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun part of LEO once you “change your mindset” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have metrics and targets to hit so that you can earn a fat commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually a chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of LEO than making money. Of course money is a critical part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, fostering your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

Once you start to realize the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in LEO, explain the merits of being united, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your LEO commissions!
