Your First 30 Days in Premier Designs Now that you are all signed up, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a profitable Premier Designs business, it’s time to learn exactly what you must do in the first thirty days in Premier Designs to start making money.

In Premier Designs, there are basically 2 ways to get money. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Building A Team

Despite the fact that there are many steps involved in both processes, we’re going to focus on what you must know to start making money in the 1st thirty days since you started your Premier Designs business.

#1) Retailing in Premier Designs

When you first attended your Premier Designs meeting, or were exposed to the business through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in Premier Designs and what they were offering.

Whether it was the payment plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering your products and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are a few additional elements that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about Premier Designs and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of Premier Designs’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should consider the requirements of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be improved because of buying this product.

Premier Designs is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you need to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Premier Designs

The true leverage in building a Premier Designs business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your efforts, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Premier Designs business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume will dodge us at the next social event.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun part of Premier Designs once you “change your opinion” about what team building really is. Even though you have metrics and milestones you want to meet so that you can earn a nice paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of Premier Designs than the money. Of course that’s a critical part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded individuals, enhancing your personal development and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The minute you decide to interpret the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To build a team effectively in Premier Designs, explain the advantages of being connected, instead of forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Premier Designs commissions!
