How to Get Paid in Project Titan in Your 1st 30 Days–Two Techniques
Now that you are registered, excited and ready to get started buliding a thriving Project Titan business, it’s time to think about exactly what you have to do in your 1st month in Project Titan to get a check.
In Project Titan, there are 2 main ways to get paid. They are:
1. Product Sales
2. Sponsoring
While there are several phases to each process, we’re going to focus on what you should do to start making money in the first month of building your Project Titan business.
#1) Product Sales in Project Titan
When you first attended your Project Titan meeting, or were exposed to Project Titan through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in Project Titan and what they have to offer.
Whether it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could share with others to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.
When it comes to offering your product and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are vital. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before racing off to share Project Titan and their products with the market, which are:
A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?
As certain as you are about the merits of Project Titan’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should think about the needs of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be improved from buying this product.
Project Titan is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you have to utilize the sales process, which is:
A. Create rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal
The more casual you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!
#2) Building A Team in Project Titan
The true leverage in building your Project Titan business is in building a network of people who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the Project Titan business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we assume are going to dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.
Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Project Titan if you “change your opinion” about what team building really is. Although you have personal numbers and milestones you want to hit so that you can earn a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually a chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.
There’s so much more to being a part of Project Titan than the money. Of course the money an important part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded entrepreneurs, fostering your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.
The minute you decide to understand the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.
To build a team effectively in Project Titan, share the merits of being connected, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Project Titan commissions!
