Your First 30 Days in Rendi Now that you’re all signed up, pumped up and ready to build a thriving Rendi business, it’s time to consider exactly what you need to do in your 1st month in Rendi to profit.

In Rendi, there’s two main ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Sponsoring

While there are several phases to each process, we’re going to focus only on what you must know to get paid in the 1st 30 days of building your Rendi business.

#1) Retailing in Rendi

The day you attended your Rendi meeting, or were exposed to the products through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was obviously something that made you believe in Rendi and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering the products and gaining new customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are vital. However, there are a few additional elements that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about Rendi and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of Rendi’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to consider the requirements of your potential buyers and how their quality of life will be improved because of buying this product.

Rendi is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you need to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Rendi

The true leverage in building a Rendi business is in building a team of leaders who duplicate your results, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the Rendi business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume are going to avoid us at Christmas Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting part of Rendi once you “change your mindset” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have metrics and milestones to hit so that you can receive a fat commission, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of Rendi than the money. Of course that’s a critical reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive entrepreneurs, fostering your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The minute you decide to interpret the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To sponsor effectively in Rendi, explain the pros of being connected, instead of forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Rendi commissions!
