C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of Revolution Road’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should consider the desires of your potential customers and how their lives will be improved because of buying this product.

Revolution Road is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you need to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more friendly you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to talk and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Revolution Road

The true leverage in building a Revolution Road business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the production and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Revolution Road business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume will dodge us at the next family event.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting part of Revolution Road once you “change your reality” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have quotas and targets you want to meet so that you can receive a nice commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of Revolution Road than the money. Of course the money a critical reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, enhancing your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

Once you start to realize the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To recruit effectively in Revolution Road, explain the benefits of being connected, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Revolution Road commissions!
