A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of Steel My Heart’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to think about the requirements of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be enhanced because of buying this product.

This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Steel My Heart business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume will avoid us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun part of Steel My Heart if you “change your thinking” about what recruiting really is. Although you have quotas and milestones you want to hit so that you can earn a nice commission, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually a chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of Steel My Heart than just the money. Of course that’s a critical reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive people, enhancing your personal development and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go to places you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The minute you start to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To sponsor effectively in Steel My Heart, explain the benefits of being united, instead of forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Steel My Heart commissions!
