D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Ultra International’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still should think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their lives will be enhanced because of buying this product.

Ultra International is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you have to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal

The more friendly you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Ultra International

The true fortune in building a Ultra International business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Ultra International business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume are going to avoid us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Ultra International if you “change your opinion” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have personal numbers and goals you want to meet so that you can receive a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your chance to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to being a part of Ultra International than just the money. Of course it is an important reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive people, fostering your personal development and realizing your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go to places you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The minute you start to understand the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To recruit effectively in Ultra International, explain the benefits of being connected, instead of coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Ultra International commissions!
