2. Recruiting

#1) Retailing in VitaMist
The day you attended your VitaMist meeting, or were exposed to the company through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was clearly something that made you believe in VitaMist and what they were offering.
Whether it was the payment structure, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could offer to people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.
When it comes to sharing your products and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are vital. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about VitaMist and their products with the planet, these being:
A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?
As convinced as you are about the merits of VitaMist’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their lives will be improved from buying this product.
VitaMist is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you must use the sales process, which is:
A. Build a rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal
The more casual you are with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to communicate and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!
#2) Recruiting in VitaMist
The true fortune in building a VitaMist business is in building a team of people who duplicate your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the VitaMist business because we often associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we presume will dodge us at Christmas Dinner.
Building a team however, can actually be the most fun aspect of VitaMist once you “change your thinking” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have metrics and objectives to hit so that you can earn a nice commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to discover financial independence and a whole new way of living.
There is so much more to joining VitaMist than making money. Of course the money an important part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive people, enhancing your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go to places you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.
The moment you decide to interpret the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.
