Your First 30 Days in Zotango Now that you’re enrolled, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving Zotango business, it’s time for you to think about exactly what you must do in your 1st thirty days in Zotango to get paid.

In Zotango, there’s two main ways to generate commissions. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Recruiting

Despite the fact that there are many phases to both processes, we’re going to focus only on those you must know to turn a profit in the 1st month starting your Zotango business.

#1) Product Sales in Zotango

When you initially attended your Zotango presentation, or were exposed to the opportunity through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in Zotango and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could offer to others to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing the products and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are vital. However, there are certain criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about Zotango and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of Zotango’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still should consider the needs of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be enhanced from buying this product.

Zotango is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you need to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more relaxed you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Zotango

The true leverage in building a Zotango business is in building a team of leaders who duplicate your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Zotango business because we often associate the task of recruiting with friends and family that we presume will avoid us at the next family gathering.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun part of Zotango if you “change your reality” about what recruiting really is. Although you have quotas and objectives to meet so that you can earn a nice paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your chance to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of Zotango than the money. Of course the money an integral part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, improving your personal development and realizing your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go to places you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The moment you decide to interpret the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To build a team effectively in Zotango, share the pros of being connected, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Zotango commissions!
