Your First 30 Days in Agloco Now that you are registered, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving Agloco business, it’s time to learn exactly what you have to do in your 1st thirty days in Agloco to turn a profit.

In Agloco, there’s 2 primary ways to get paid. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Building A Team

While there are many phases to each process, we’re going to focus only on those you must know to get a check in the 1st 30 days of building your Agloco business.

#1) Product Sales in Agloco

When you first attended your Agloco presentation, or were exposed to Agloco through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you believe in Agloco and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the payment plan, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering your products and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are critical. However, there are certain elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about Agloco and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of Agloco’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should think about the desires of your potential clients and how their quality of life will be improved from purchasing this product.

Agloco is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you must implement the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more relaxed you are with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Agloco

The true leverage in building a Agloco business is in building a network of people who multiply your results, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the Agloco business because we often associate the act of recruiting with family and friends that we assume will dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Agloco once you “change your reality” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have personal numbers and targets to hit so that you can receive a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually a chance to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to joining Agloco than just the money. Of course that’s a critical reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, enhancing your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The minute you start to realize the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To sponsor effectively in Agloco, share the merits of being connected, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Agloco commissions!
