Your First 30 Days in AllXClub Now that you’re registered, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving AllXClub business, it’s time to realize exactly what you must do in the first 30 days in AllXClub to get paid.

In AllXClub, there’s basically two ways to get money. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Sponsoring

While there are several phases to both processes, we’re going to focus on what you need to know to profit in the first thirty days of building your AllXClub business.

#1) Selling Products in AllXClub

When you initially attended your AllXClub meeting, or were exposed to the opportunity through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in AllXClub and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the payment plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with people to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering the product and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are a few additional criteria that you MUST consider before hurrying off to spread the word about AllXClub and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of AllXClub’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to consider the needs of your potential customers and how their lives will be impacted from buying this product.

AllXClub is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you have to use the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Explain how your product will solve their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in AllXClub

The true fortune in building your AllXClub business is in building a network of people who duplicate your results, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the AllXClub business because we often associate the task of recruiting with family and friends that we assume are going to dodge us at Christmas Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun aspect of AllXClub once you “change your assumption” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have metrics and goals you want to hit so that you can earn a nice commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to discover financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to joining AllXClub than making money. Of course the money an integral part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive people, enhancing your personal development and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The moment you start to understand the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To build a team effectively in AllXClub, explain the benefits of being united, instead of coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your AllXClub commissions!
