Your First 30 Days in FM Group Now that you are enrolled, excited and ready to get started buliding a profitable FM Group business, it’s time to consider exactly what you must do in your 1st thirty days in FM Group to get a check.

2. Recruiting

#1) Selling Products in FM Group

The day you attended your FM Group meeting, or were exposed to the business through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you a believer in FM Group and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering the products and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about FM Group and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of FM Group’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their quality of life will be improved because of purchasing this product.

FM Group is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you need to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in FM Group

The true leverage in building your FM Group business is in building a team of leaders who duplicate your results, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the FM Group business because we sometimes associate the task of recruiting with friends and family that we assume will dodge us at Christmas Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of FM Group once you “change your assumption” about what team building really is. Although you have metrics and objectives you want to meet so that you can receive a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your chance to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to joining FM Group than the money. Of course money is an integral reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, enhancing your personal development and realizing your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The moment you begin to interpret the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.
