A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?
As convinced as you are about the merits of Genesis Pure’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still should think about the needs of your potential buyers and how their quality of life will be impacted from buying this product.
Genesis Pure is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you must implement the sales process, which is:
A. Build a rapport with your potential client

C. Listen carefully
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

This is often the least liked aspect of the Genesis Pure business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume are going to avoid us at the next family event.
Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Genesis Pure if you “change your thinking” about what recruiting really is. Although you have personal numbers and targets to meet so that you can receive a nice paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your chance to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.
There is so much more to being a part of Genesis Pure than just the money. Of course money is an important part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive people, enhancing your personal development and realizing your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.
Once you decide to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.
To recruit effectively in Genesis Pure, explain the benefits of being connected, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Genesis Pure commissions!
