Your First 30 Days in Healthient Now that you’re enrolled, excited and ready to build a thriving Healthient business, you must learn exactly what you have to do in your 1st month in Healthient to start making money.

2. Building A Team

While there are several phases to both processes, we’re going to focus on those you should know to profit in the 1st month of building your Healthient business.

#1) Selling Products in Healthient

When you first attended your Healthient presentation, or were exposed to the opportunity through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you believe in Healthient and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the payment plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing the products and gaining new customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are a must. However, there are a few additional criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to share Healthient and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of Healthient’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to think about the needs of your potential buyers and how their quality of life will be impacted because of purchasing this product.

Healthient is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you must utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more relaxed you are with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Healthient

The true fortune in building your Healthient business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your efforts, while increasing the volume and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the Healthient business because we sometimes associate the act of recruiting with friends and family that we assume are going to avoid us at the next social gathering.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Healthient once you “change your reality” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have metrics and targets to hit so that you can receive a nice paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually a chance to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to being a part of Healthient than the money. Of course it is an important part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded entrepreneurs, enhancing your personal development and realizing your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The minute you can learn to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To build a team effectively in Healthient, share the benefits of being connected, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Healthient commissions!
