Your First 30 Days in Ignite Now that you’re enrolled, excited and ready to build a thriving Ignite business, it’s time to realize exactly what you have to do in your first thirty days in Ignite to profit.

In Ignite, there’s two primary ways to get money. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Sponsoring

Even though there are several steps involved in each process, we are going to focus on those you must do to start making money in the 1st month of building your Ignite business.

#1) Product Sales in Ignite

The day you attended your Ignite presentation, or were exposed to the business through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was obviously something that made you believe in Ignite and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could offer to people to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering the products and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are certain elements that you MUST consider before racing off to share Ignite and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of Ignite’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be enhanced because of purchasing this product.

Ignite is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you need to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more conversational you are with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to communicate and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Ignite

The true fortune in building a Ignite business is in building a team of people who multiply your efforts, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most hated aspect of the Ignite business because we often associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we presume are going to avoid us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun part of Ignite if you “change your reality” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have quotas and milestones you want to hit so that you can receive a fat commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to being a part of Ignite than the money. Of course it is an integral part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive individuals, improving your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The moment you can learn to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To build a team effectively in Ignite, explain the pros of being connected, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Ignite commissions!
