Now that you are all signed up, pumped up and ready to build a profitable Krysalis Fit business, you must consider exactly what you have to do in the first month in Krysalis Fit to get a check.

2. Sponsoring

When you first attended your Krysalis Fit meeting, or were exposed to the company through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was clearly something that made you believe in Krysalis Fit and what they were offering.
Whether it was the compensation plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.
When it comes to offering your product and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are a must. However, there are certain elements that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about Krysalis Fit and their products with the market, which are:
A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?
As convinced as you are about the benefits of Krysalis Fit’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should consider the requirements of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be improved because of purchasing this product.
Krysalis Fit is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you must use the sales process, which is:
A. Create rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal
The more conversational you become with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!
#2) Recruiting in Krysalis Fit
The true leverage in building your Krysalis Fit business is in building a network of people who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Krysalis Fit business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we presume will dodge us at Christmas Dinner.
Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting part of Krysalis Fit if you “change your opinion” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have quotas and objectives you want to meet so that you can earn a fat paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to discover financial independence and a whole new way of living.
There’s so much more to joining Krysalis Fit than making money. Of course the money an integral part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive people, fostering your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.
The minute you can learn to realize the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.
To sponsor effectively in Krysalis Fit, explain the merits of being connected, instead of coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Krysalis Fit commissions!
