Your First 30 Days in NatLA Global Now that you are enrolled, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving NatLA Global business, you need to consider exactly what you have to do in your 1st 30 days in NatLA Global to get paid.

In NatLA Global, there’s two main ways to generate an income. They are:

2. Building A Team

While there are several steps involved in both processes, we are going to focus only on what you must know to profit in the 1st 30 days since you started building your NatLA Global business.

#1) Product Sales in NatLA Global

When you initially attended your NatLA Global meeting, or were exposed to NatLA Global through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in NatLA Global and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering your product and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to share NatLA Global and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of NatLA Global’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should consider the needs of your potential customers and how their lives will be enhanced because of purchasing this product.

NatLA Global is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you need to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more casual you are with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in NatLA Global

The true fortune in building a NatLA Global business is in building a team of people who multiply your efforts, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the NatLA Global business because we often associate the act of recruiting with family and friends that we assume will avoid us at Christmas Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of NatLA Global if you “change your mindset” about what team building really is. Although you have quotas and targets you want to meet so that you can earn a fat commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to joining NatLA Global than just the money. Of course money is an important part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded entrepreneurs, enhancing your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The moment you decide to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To recruit effectively in NatLA Global, explain the pros of being united, instead of forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your NatLA Global commissions!
