Your First 30 Days in Pampered Chef Now that you are enrolled, excited and ready to get started buliding a profitable Pampered Chef business, you need to consider exactly what you must do in the first thirty days in Pampered Chef to get a check.

In Pampered Chef, there are basically 2 ways to get money. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Recruiting

Even though there are many phases to both processes, we’re going to focus only on those you must do to start making money in the first month since you started your Pampered Chef business.

#1) Retailing in Pampered Chef

When you initially attended your Pampered Chef meeting, or were exposed to Pampered Chef through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you believe in Pampered Chef and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could offer to others to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering your products and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are a few additional elements that you MUST consider before hurrying off to share Pampered Chef and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Pampered Chef’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still should think about the needs of your potential clients and how their quality of life will be impacted because of buying this product.

Pampered Chef is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you need to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to communicate and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Pampered Chef

The true fortune in building a Pampered Chef business is in building a network of people who duplicate your results, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the Pampered Chef business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume are going to dodge us at the next family event.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Pampered Chef if you “change your mindset” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have quotas and goals you want to meet so that you can receive a nice paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to being a part of Pampered Chef than the money. Of course the money a critical part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded individuals, improving your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The moment you decide to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To build a team effectively in Pampered Chef, share the merits of being united, instead of coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Pampered Chef commissions!
