Your First 30 Days in Pure Leverage Now that you are enrolled, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a profitable Pure Leverage business, it’s time for you to think about exactly what you have to do in the first month in Pure Leverage to profit.

In Pure Leverage, there’s two primary ways to get paid. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Sponsoring

Even though there are several steps involved in each process, we’re going to focus on those you must know to start making money in the first month since you started building your Pure Leverage business.

#1) Retailing in Pure Leverage

When you initially attended your Pure Leverage meeting, or were exposed to the opportunity through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was obviously something that made you believe in Pure Leverage and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with people to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering your product and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are vital. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to share Pure Leverage and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of Pure Leverage’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to consider the requirements of your potential customers and how their lives will be impacted from buying this product.

Pure Leverage is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you need to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Explain how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you are with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to communicate and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Pure Leverage

The true leverage in building your Pure Leverage business is in building a network of people who multiply your efforts, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most hated aspect of the Pure Leverage business because we often associate the task of sponsoring with friends and family that we presume will dodge us at the next family event.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Pure Leverage once you “change your assumption” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have metrics and objectives to hit so that you can receive a nice commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your chance to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to joining Pure Leverage than the money. Of course it is a critical reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded people, fostering your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

Once you start to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To build a team effectively in Pure Leverage, explain the merits of being connected, instead of coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Pure Leverage commissions!
