Your First 30 Days in Youngevity Now that you are registered, pumped up and ready to build a thriving Youngevity business, you must consider exactly what you must do in the 1st thirty days in Youngevity to get paid.

In Youngevity, there are basically two ways to get money. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Recruiting

Although there are many phases to both processes, we’re going to focus only on what you need to do to get paid in the first 30 days of building your Youngevity business.

#1) Product Sales in Youngevity

When you first attended your Youngevity meeting, or were exposed to Youngevity through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in Youngevity and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the payment structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with others to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing the products and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are a must. However, there are a few additional criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to share Youngevity and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of Youngevity’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their lives will be improved because of buying this product.

Youngevity is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you need to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Youngevity

The true leverage in building your Youngevity business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your efforts, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the Youngevity business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume are going to avoid us at the next family gathering.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun part of Youngevity once you “change your opinion” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have personal numbers and milestones to hit so that you can receive a nice commission, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of Youngevity than making money. Of course it is an integral reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, enhancing your personal development and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The moment you start to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in Youngevity, explain the advantages of being united, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Youngevity commissions!
