Your First 30 Days in Zrii Now that you’re enrolled, excited and ready to build a thriving Zrii business, you must learn exactly what you must do in your first month in Zrii to start making money.

In Zrii, there’s basically two ways to get paid. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Building A Team

Although there are several phases to each process, we are going to focus on those you need to know to start making money in the first month since you started your Zrii business.

#1) Product Sales in Zrii

The day you attended your Zrii meeting, or were exposed to the products through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in Zrii and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering the product and gaining new customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are vital. However, there are certain elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about Zrii and their products with the planet, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefit will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of Zrii’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still should think about the requirements of your potential buyers and how their lives will be enhanced from purchasing this product.

Zrii is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you must execute the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more conversational you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Zrii

The true fortune in building a Zrii business is in building a team of leaders who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the production and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Zrii business because we sometimes associate the task of recruiting with friends and family that we assume will dodge us at the next social gathering.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun part of Zrii if you “change your reality” about what recruiting really is. Although you have metrics and milestones to hit so that you can receive a nice paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to joining Zrii than the money. Of course the money an integral part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded people, stimulating your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The minute you begin to realize the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To recruit effectively in Zrii, explain the merits of being united, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Zrii commissions!
