Your First 30 Days in Avalla Now that you’re enrolled, pumped up and ready to build a profitable Avalla business, it’s time to realize exactly what you need to do in your 1st thirty days in Avalla to get paid.

In Avalla, there’s 2 main ways to generate commissions. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Building A Team

Despite the fact that there are many phases to both processes, we are going to focus only on those you need to know to get a check in the first thirty days of building your Avalla business.

#1) Product Sales in Avalla

The day you attended your Avalla meeting, or were exposed to Avalla through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you a believer in Avalla and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the compensation plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could offer to others to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing the product and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before racing off to share Avalla and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of Avalla’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to consider the needs of your potential buyers and how their lives will be enhanced because of purchasing this product.

Avalla is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you have to use the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you are with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Avalla

The true fortune in building a Avalla business is in building a network of people who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and earnings of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Avalla business because we sometimes associate the task of recruiting with family and friends that we presume will dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Avalla if you “change your thinking” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have metrics and goals you want to hit so that you can receive a nice paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to joining Avalla than making money. Of course the money a critical part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded individuals, stimulating your personal development and learning your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

Once you decide to realize the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To build a team effectively in Avalla, explain the merits of being connected, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Avalla commissions!
