C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Beauty Society’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to think about the needs of your potential buyers and how their lifestyle will be enhanced because of buying this product.

Beauty Society is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you have to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more conversational you are with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Beauty Society

The true fortune in building a Beauty Society business is in building a team of people who multiply your efforts, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Beauty Society business because we sometimes associate the task of sponsoring with family and friends that we assume will avoid us at Christmas Dinner.

Although you have personal numbers and objectives you want to hit so that you can earn a fat commission, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to discover financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of Beauty Society than just the money. Of course money is an integral part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, enhancing your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

Once you can learn to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in Beauty Society, explain the benefits of being united, instead of forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Beauty Society commissions!
