Your First 30 Days in BookWise Now that you’re enrolled, excited and ready to build a thriving BookWise business, it’s time for you to think about exactly what you must do in your first month in BookWise to get a check.

In BookWise, there are two primary ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Building A Team

Although there are many phases to both processes, we are going to focus on what you should do to get a check in the first 30 days of building your BookWise business.

#1) Product Sales in BookWise

When you first attended your BookWise meeting, or were exposed to the business through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in BookWise and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could offer to people to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering your products and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are critical. However, there are certain criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to share BookWise and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of BookWise’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still should think about the needs of your potential buyers and how their lifestyle will be impacted from purchasing this product.

BookWise is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you have to use the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in BookWise

The true leverage in building your BookWise business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the BookWise business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume will dodge us at the next social event.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of BookWise if you “change your mindset” about what recruiting really is. Although you have quotas and goals you want to meet so that you can earn a fat paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to joining BookWise than just the money. Of course the money an important part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive people, enhancing your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The minute you decide to interpret the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To recruit effectively in BookWise, explain the benefits of being connected, instead of coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your BookWise commissions!
