Your First 30 Days in Care Entree Now that you are registered, pumped up and ready to build a profitable Care Entree business, it’s time for you to think about exactly what you must do in your 1st month in Care Entree to start making money.

In Care Entree, there’s basically two ways to generate commissions. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Sponsoring

Although there are several phases to both processes, we’re going to focus only on what you should do to turn a profit in the 1st month of building your Care Entree business.

#1) Product Sales in Care Entree

The day you attended your Care Entree presentation, or were exposed to the business through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you believe in Care Entree and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing your product and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are vital. However, there are a few additional elements that you MUST consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Care Entree and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Care Entree’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should think about the requirements of your potential buyers and how their lifestyle will be enhanced from buying this product.

Care Entree is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you have to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more relaxed you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to communicate and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Care Entree

The true fortune in building your Care Entree business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your efforts, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Care Entree business because we sometimes associate the act of recruiting with family and friends that we assume will dodge us at the next social gathering.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting part of Care Entree if you “change your opinion” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have quotas and objectives to hit so that you can earn a fat paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to joining Care Entree than making money. Of course it is an important part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive individuals, fostering your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go to places you never thought possible, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

Once you can learn to interpret the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To recruit effectively in Care Entree, explain the benefits of being connected, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Care Entree commissions!
