Your First 30 Days in Energy Release Now that you’re enrolled, excited and ready to get started buliding a thriving Energy Release business, it’s time to consider exactly what you must do in the 1st thirty days in Energy Release to profit.

In Energy Release, there are basically 2 ways to get paid. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Sponsoring

Although there are many steps involved in each process, we are going to focus only on what you need to know to get a check in the first month starting your Energy Release business.

#1) Product Sales in Energy Release

When you first attended your Energy Release presentation, or were exposed to Energy Release through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in Energy Release and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the compensation plan, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering your product and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are certain criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about Energy Release and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of Energy Release’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential clients and how their lives will be improved because of buying this product.

Energy Release is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you must use the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to communicate and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Energy Release

The true leverage in building a Energy Release business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Energy Release business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume are going to dodge us at the next social event.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Energy Release if you “change your thinking” about what team building really is. Although you have personal numbers and milestones you want to meet so that you can receive a fat paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually a chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to discover financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to joining Energy Release than just the money. Of course the money an important part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive people, enhancing your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The minute you decide to interpret the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To build a team effectively in Energy Release, share the merits of being united, instead of coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Energy Release commissions!
