Your First 30 Days in EPIC Now that you are all signed up, excited and ready to build a profitable EPIC business, you need to think about exactly what you need to do in the 1st month in EPIC to get paid.

In EPIC, there’s 2 main ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Building A Team

While there are many phases to both processes, we are going to focus on those you should know to start making money in the first month of building your EPIC business.

#1) Selling Products in EPIC

The day you attended your EPIC meeting, or were exposed to the company through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was clearly something that made you believe in EPIC and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could offer to people to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing your products and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are critical. However, there are certain criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to share EPIC and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of EPIC’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still should consider the desires of your potential clients and how their quality of life will be enhanced because of buying this product.

EPIC is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you have to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in EPIC

The true leverage in building a EPIC business is in building a network of people who duplicate your results, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most hated aspect of the EPIC business because we sometimes associate the act of recruiting with family and friends that we presume are going to dodge us at the next social gathering.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of EPIC once you “change your reality” about what team building really is. Even though you have quotas and goals you want to meet so that you can earn a nice commission, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to joining EPIC than the money. Of course that’s an important part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive entrepreneurs, improving your personal development and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

Once you start to understand the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To build a team effectively in EPIC, explain the merits of being united, rather than coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your EPIC commissions!
