Your First 30 Days in FantaZ Now that you are registered, excited and ready to get started buliding a thriving FantaZ business, you need to learn exactly what you need to do in your 1st 30 days in FantaZ to get paid.

In FantaZ, there are basically 2 ways to get paid. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Sponsoring

Despite the fact that there are several phases to both processes, we are going to focus on those you need to know to turn a profit in the 1st thirty days of building your FantaZ business.

#1) Product Sales in FantaZ

When you first attended your FantaZ meeting, or were exposed to FantaZ through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in FantaZ and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could offer to people to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering the product and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are a few additional criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to share FantaZ and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of FantaZ’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still should consider the requirements of your potential buyers and how their lives will be impacted because of buying this product.

FantaZ is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you have to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you become with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to talk and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in FantaZ

The true fortune in building your FantaZ business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the FantaZ business because we often associate the act of sponsoring with friends and family that we assume are going to dodge us at the next family event.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun part of FantaZ if you “change your mindset” about what team building really is. Although you have quotas and objectives to hit so that you can receive a nice paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually a chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to being a part of FantaZ than just the money. Of course that’s an important part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded people, stimulating your personal development and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

Once you begin to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To sponsor effectively in FantaZ, share the pros of being united, instead of forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your FantaZ commissions!
