A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of Healing America’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still should think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their lifestyle will be improved because of purchasing this product.

Healing America is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you must implement the sales process, which is:

This is often the least liked aspect of the Healing America business because we sometimes associate the act of recruiting with friends and family that we assume will dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting part of Healing America if you “change your assumption” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have metrics and objectives to meet so that you can receive a fat commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your chance to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to being a part of Healing America than just the money. Of course it is an integral part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive entrepreneurs, improving your personal development and realizing your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

Once you can learn to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To sponsor effectively in Healing America, explain the pros of being connected, instead of coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Healing America commissions!
