Your First 30 Days in Option Energy Now that you’re enrolled, excited and ready to get started buliding a profitable Option Energy business, it’s time to learn exactly what you need to do in your 1st month in Option Energy to profit.

In Option Energy, there’s basically two ways to generate commissions. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Recruiting

Even though there are many steps involved in both processes, we’re going to focus only on those you should do to profit in the first month since you started building your Option Energy business.

#1) Product Sales in Option Energy

When you first attended your Option Energy presentation, or were exposed to Option Energy through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in Option Energy and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could offer to people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing the product and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are a few additional elements that you MUST consider before hurrying off to share Option Energy and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of Option Energy’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to consider the needs of your potential buyers and how their lifestyle will be improved because of buying this product.

Option Energy is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you have to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Option Energy

The true fortune in building your Option Energy business is in building a network of leaders who duplicate your results, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the Option Energy business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume will dodge us at the next family gathering.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Option Energy once you “change your assumption” about what team building really is. Although you have metrics and goals you want to hit so that you can earn a fat paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to discover financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to joining Option Energy than just the money. Of course it is a critical part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded entrepreneurs, fostering your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The moment you decide to realize the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To sponsor effectively in Option Energy, share the merits of being united, rather than coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Option Energy commissions!
