Your First 30 Days in Tastefully Simple Now that you are all signed up, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a profitable Tastefully Simple business, it’s time for you to realize exactly what you have to do in your first month in Tastefully Simple to turn a profit.

In Tastefully Simple, there are two main ways to get paid. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Recruiting

While there are many phases to both processes, we are going to focus only on those you should know to get a check in the 1st month of building your Tastefully Simple business.

#1) Selling Products in Tastefully Simple

The day you attended your Tastefully Simple meeting, or were exposed to Tastefully Simple through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you a believer in Tastefully Simple and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could offer to people to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing the product and gaining new customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are critical. However, there are certain elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to share Tastefully Simple and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of Tastefully Simple’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their quality of life will be impacted because of buying this product.

Tastefully Simple is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you need to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal

The more relaxed you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Tastefully Simple

The true leverage in building your Tastefully Simple business is in building a team of people who duplicate your results, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the Tastefully Simple business because we often associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we presume will dodge us at the next social gathering.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Tastefully Simple once you “change your mindset” about what team building really is. Even though you have quotas and targets you want to hit so that you can receive a fat commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your chance to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of Tastefully Simple than making money. Of course money is an important reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded people, enhancing your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The moment you can learn to realize the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To recruit effectively in Tastefully Simple, share the pros of being united, instead of coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Tastefully Simple commissions!
