Your First 30 Days in Uprize Now that you are all signed up, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a profitable Uprize business, it’s time to realize exactly what you need to do in your first 30 days in Uprize to turn a profit.

In Uprize, there’s basically 2 ways to generate commissions. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Building A Team

Although there are several steps involved in each process, we are going to focus only on what you should know to turn a profit in the first 30 days since you started building your Uprize business.

#1) Selling Products in Uprize

The day you attended your Uprize meeting, or were exposed to the business through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you believe in Uprize and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could offer to people to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing the product and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are vital. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about Uprize and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Uprize’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still should consider the requirements of your potential clients and how their lifestyle will be impacted from purchasing this product.

Uprize is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you must execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Explain how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more relaxed you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Uprize

The true fortune in building your Uprize business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the most hated aspect of the Uprize business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we assume will dodge us at the next social gathering.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun part of Uprize once you “change your reality” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have personal numbers and goals you want to meet so that you can earn a fat paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to being a part of Uprize than the money. Of course it is an integral part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded individuals, fostering your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

The minute you decide to realize the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in Uprize, explain the pros of being united, instead of coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Uprize commissions!
