Your First 30 Days in Wellness International Now that you’re registered, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving Wellness International business, it’s time to realize exactly what you need to do in your 1st month in Wellness International to get a check.

In Wellness International, there’s two main ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Recruiting

Although there are many phases to both processes, we’re going to focus on what you should know to get a check in the 1st month of building your Wellness International business.

#1) Selling Products in Wellness International

The day you attended your Wellness International meeting, or were exposed to Wellness International through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in Wellness International and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the payment structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could offer to people to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering your product and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are certain elements that you MUST consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Wellness International and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of Wellness International’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should think about the needs of your potential clients and how their lifestyle will be enhanced because of buying this product.

Wellness International is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you need to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Explain how your product will solve their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Wellness International

The true leverage in building a Wellness International business is in building a network of people who multiply your results, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is often the most hated aspect of the Wellness International business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we presume will dodge us at Christmas Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting part of Wellness International if you “change your reality” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have quotas and targets you want to hit so that you can earn a nice paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to discover financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of Wellness International than making money. Of course that’s a critical reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded individuals, fostering your personal development and realizing your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

Once you begin to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in Wellness International, explain the benefits of being united, instead of forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Wellness International commissions!
