Two Strategies to Get Paid in Your 1st Month in Ceres Living
Now that you’re registered, excited and ready to get started buliding a profitable Ceres Living business, it’s time for you to think about exactly what you have to do in the first thirty days in Ceres Living to start making money.
In Ceres Living, there’s basically two ways to generate commissions. They are:
1. Selling Products
2. Recruiting
Despite the fact that there are many steps involved in both processes, we are going to focus on what you should know to turn a profit in the 1st month starting your Ceres Living business.
#1) Selling Products in Ceres Living
The day you attended your Ceres Living presentation, or were exposed to Ceres Living through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was obviously something that made you believe in Ceres Living and what they have to offer.
Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could offer to people to help impact their lives like yours was improved.
When it comes to offering your products and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are critical. However, there are a few additional criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to share Ceres Living and their products with the market, these being:
A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?
As certain as you are about the merits of Ceres Living’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to consider the needs of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be enhanced from purchasing this product.
Ceres Living is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you need to execute the sales process, which is:
A. Build a rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Explain how your product will solve their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal
The more conversational you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to talk and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!
#2) Recruiting in Ceres Living
The true leverage in building a Ceres Living business is in building a network of leaders who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the most hated aspect of the Ceres Living business because we sometimes associate the act of recruiting with family and friends that we presume are going to dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.
Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Ceres Living if you “change your thinking” about what recruiting really is. Although you have quotas and targets you want to meet so that you can earn a nice commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.
There’s so much more to joining Ceres Living than making money. Of course that’s a critical reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive individuals, fostering your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.
Once you begin to understand the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.
To build a team effectively in Ceres Living, explain the merits of being united, instead of forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Ceres Living commissions!
