Your First 30 Days in BurnLounge Now that you’re enrolled, pumped up and ready to build a thriving BurnLounge business, it’s time to learn exactly what you must do in the first month in BurnLounge to turn a profit.

In BurnLounge, there are 2 primary ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Recruiting

Even though there are many steps involved in both processes, we are going to focus on what you must do to turn a profit in the first month starting your BurnLounge business.

#1) Product Sales in BurnLounge

When you first attended your BurnLounge meeting, or were exposed to BurnLounge through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in BurnLounge and what they were offering.

Whether it was the payment structure, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could share with people to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering your products and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to share BurnLounge and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of BurnLounge’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to think about the requirements of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be impacted from buying this product.

BurnLounge is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you have to use the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal

The more conversational you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in BurnLounge

The true leverage in building a BurnLounge business is in building a team of people who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the production and earnings of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the BurnLounge business because we often associate the task of recruiting with friends and family that we assume will dodge us at Christmas Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun aspect of BurnLounge once you “change your thinking” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have personal numbers and milestones you want to meet so that you can earn a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to joining BurnLounge than making money. Of course money is an important reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded individuals, fostering your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The minute you begin to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To recruit effectively in BurnLounge, explain the merits of being united, instead of coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your BurnLounge commissions!
