Your First 30 Days in Resorts 360 Now that you’re all signed up, excited and ready to build a thriving Resorts 360 business, you must learn exactly what you must do in your 1st month in Resorts 360 to profit.

In Resorts 360, there are 2 main ways to generate an income. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Recruiting

Despite the fact that there are many steps involved in each process, we’re going to focus only on those you need to know to start making money in the 1st month starting your Resorts 360 business.

#1) Retailing in Resorts 360

The day you attended your Resorts 360 presentation, or were exposed to Resorts 360 through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was clearly something that made you believe in Resorts 360 and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the payment plan, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could offer to people to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering your product and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are a few additional criteria that you MUST consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Resorts 360 and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefit will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Resorts 360’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to think about the needs of your potential clients and how their lives will be improved because of purchasing this product.

Resorts 360 is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you must execute the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more conversational you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Resorts 360

The true leverage in building a Resorts 360 business is in building a team of people who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Resorts 360 business because we often associate the task of recruiting with friends and family that we presume will avoid us at Christmas Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting part of Resorts 360 once you “change your thinking” about what team building really is. Even though you have quotas and targets to hit so that you can earn a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to being a part of Resorts 360 than the money. Of course money is a critical part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive people, improving your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The moment you can learn to understand the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To recruit effectively in Resorts 360, explain the benefits of being connected, instead of forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Resorts 360 commissions!
